Clinical history: chronic dyspepsia Premedication: no medication Description of procedure: without conscious sedation in left lateral position upper endoscopy was done Esophagus: normal, no here, no hiatal hernia Cardia: normal Fundus: normal Body: normal Antrum: patchy erythema, a few erosions, RUT was done and biopsies were taken Duodenum: up to second part of duodenum was normal H pyilori: negative Final diagnosis: antral gastritis
